Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp garlic paste (or 2 minced garlic cloves)
- 1 tsp ginger paste (optional, for added depth)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water to thicken)
For the Stir Fry:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned or thinly sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 2 spring onions (chopped for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, mix the beef strips with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
- Let marinate for 15-20 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Mix in the water and set aside.
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until just browned. Remove and set aside.
